Prof. Dr. Esra GENÇTÜRK will give a keynote speech as the Rector of Ozyegin University.

Cem KIRGIZ is the Sales Director of Hitit Computer Services. He is responsible for all aspects of Hitit’s sales processes. He has been working in the IT industry for almost 10 years with experiences in both implementation and sales positions. Under his guidance, Hitit has acquired numerous partner airlines in different parts of the world. Cem is a graduate of Economics and Communication at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Alan Murray HAYDEN is recognized as an expert in helping airlines to innovate and transform their passenger check-in experience. Alan has worked with most of the world’s leading full service and low cost carriers to automate the passenger travel document headache, enabling them to unleash the possibilities of self service check-in on Mobile, App, Web and Kiosk. Over the last 15 years, Alan has worked with airlines such as American Airlines, Delta, Southwest, British Airways, Cathay, Qantas, Jetstar, Emirates, Jetstar as well as most of the Star Alliance members, helping them deliver significant reductions in check-in time and immigration fines, while at the same time transforming the passenger experience.

Vedat YILDIZ is the Deputy General Manager, responsible for the Airport IT Systems in IGA since 2016. Mr. YILDIZ brought to IGA Systems experience from the airport sector, after working for 7 years at TAV, first as an Aviation IT Systems Administrator and then as IT Manager; from the SITA/Orange Business Services company 7 years as a Customer Technical Specialist supporting customers networks and systems; and from the airline Onur Air where he worked 3 years as Aircraft Line Maintenance Electrical Engineer. Vedat holds a BEng in Avionics from Faculty of Aeronautics and Astronautics in Eskisehir Technical University (1999) and a MSc on MIS and Engineering from Marmara University (2010).


Barış Fındık is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the Turkish Low Cost Pegasus Airlines since 2017. He has been involved in the implementation of a very ambitious digital transformation at Pegasus during the last 2 years. Bariş brought a fresh view to the aviation sector from his large experience in the telecommunication and bank sectors. Before joining Pegasus he worked 13 years for Turkcell Group, where he held different positions, including his last post as IT Director. Before he was involved several years at Garanti bank involved in garant.com, paragaranti.com and ATM channel management. Bariş is a Marmara University Industrial Engineer graduate.

Ahmet Salih ER is co-founder of inMapper, a startup that creates indoor mapping platform and aims your indoor guide. He is responsible for technology and software. Formerly he worked for Vodafone, Turkcell and Turk Telekom as software development engineer. He received his BSc degree in Computer Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, then MSc degree in Engineering Management form Marmara University. He is also studying PhD degree in Management Information Systems at Kadir Has University.


Sarp TOMRUKCU is co-founder of inMapper is responsible for maps, design and user interface of inMapper – interactive indoor map platform. He is a graduate of Geomatics Engineering at Istanbul Technical University and has MSc degree from Leibniz University Hannover. He worked for 4 years on geodata visualization, geomarketing and thematic cartography in Hannover and started his startup journey in Istanbul.

M. Seyda TARTAR is head of the Digital Innovation in Turkish Airlines. He has been working for Turkish Airlines for 3 years(first 2,5 yrs IT Project & Portfolio Manager). Formerly he worked for Honeywell, Commercial Attaché Office of Turkey in NY and United Technologies. He received his BSc degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Bogazici University and MSc degree in Management of Technology from New York University.



İsmihan BAYSAL ANDERSON has Computer Engineering degree from ITU and completed Executive MBA program at the same university. She started her career as a software developer in 1997 with KoçSistem. She moved to London in 2005 and started as a Senior Consultant at Paragon Consulting Group and delivered technology implementation projects for FTSE 100 companies. Having performed different roles at Paragon Consulting Group, she returned to Turkey in 2008 and started the Eastern Europe operations of the group. With the acquisition of the group by PwC, she joined PwC team and delivered many successful projects for top Holding companies in Turkey. In 2016 she decided to change the career path to have operations experience and joined İpekyol as Strategic Planning and IT Director . Since 2018 September, she works for Sabiha Gökçen Airport as IT Director and playing a key role in preparing the airport for future travel.

Dr Carlos Kaduoka is Director of Consulting at SITA based in London. He has worked with airports across the globe to develop their technology strategy as well as with airlines to assess the impact of new technologies on passenger and baggage management processes. Prior to SITA, he was a Station Manager for an airline in Hong Kong. His areas of expertise and interests are airport performance, airport technology, digital transformation and the impact of technology on improving passenger satisfaction and operational performance. His hands-on experience is backed up with an extensive academic background, including a MSc and PhD from Cranfield University (England) where he researched the relationship between IT and Airport Performance. He is also lecturers at the University of Surrey on Aviation Technology, as part of the university’s Master in Air Transport Management, as well as being a regular lecturer on Airport Management Systems at Cranfield’s MSc in Airport Planning.
